Privacy notice
Effective October 27, 2026.
Who is responsible
Giode3D LLC, Aubrey, TX 76227, Estados Unidos. Contact: support@giode3d.com.
What data we keep
- About companies: name, the administrator's email, logo, color and the history of their subscription.
- About employees: what the company (or the invited employee) uploads to their card: name, title, phone, email, website, social profiles, address and photo.
- About whoever taps a keychain: we only add one tap per keychain per day. We don't keep their IP, phone, location or any of their data.
- About store customers: name, email, phone, shipping address, the logo or name they put on their design, their order details (including the notes and images they leave on it) and, if they ask for a quote, what they write in the form. With the email of their purchase and a password they sign in to their account to see their orders; they create the password with a code or a link we send to that email.
- About people who create an account without buying: their email, their name or business name (if they write it) and the fingerprint of their password. The email is confirmed with a code we send; if it isn't confirmed, we delete it the next day.
- Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
- Passwords: we keep only a fingerprint of each password (PBKDF2), never the password itself: no one at Giode3D can read it. To stop anyone trying to guess one, we log failed sign-in attempts for each email and delete them after one day.
- Store usage: we count, per day, how many times the store is opened, a keychain is designed, someone goes to checkout and someone pays. They are only totals: we don't keep visitors' IP addresses, we don't use cookies for this and none of it identifies a person.
What we use it for
To show the cards, open the keychain links, make and ship orders, charge, send the service emails (sign-in, invitations, receipts, order updates), solve problems and learn what works in the store (with the totals above). We don't sell data and we don't use it for advertising.
Who it's shared with
Only with those who help us provide the service: Cloudflare (hosting, database, files and Turnstile, which checks that forms are sent by a person), Stripe (payments and taxes), Resend (email delivery) and fal.ai (if the logo you upload to the designer is low quality, it redraws it as a vector with the Recraft model so the keychain comes out sharp). Each handles it under its own privacy notice. If the store shows Google reviews, they are public reviews of our Google Maps profile, with the name and photo each author published there; your browser loads those photos from Google.
Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Only necessary cookies: the chosen language, the account session, for one hour the digital cards you chose while you create your account and, for one day, the purchase you just paid for (to open your dashboard from the order page without typing your password). On giode3d.com, visits are also measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies.
How long
While the account or card exists. Deleting a card erases its details and photo; backup copies are removed automatically within 90 days at most. Logos from paid orders are kept so you can reorder the same design, and order details are kept as long as tax laws require. Server error logs are kept for 90 days and don't include IP addresses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to support@giode3d.com. If you are an employee of a client company, you can also ask your company, which can delete your card at any time.
Children
The service isn't directed to children under 13.
Changes
