How a purchase works

1. You choose your products. For keychains, you upload your logo (or type your business name, or choose the Giode3D logo) and see it in 3D with its size.
2. You pay through Stripe, with the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is calculated at checkout, based on the shipping address.
3. Keychains: we make what you saw in the 3D designer and ship it with tracking, with no proof to approve.

We email you at every step, and with the link in the email you can follow your order without creating an account.

Quantities and prices

Keychains are sold per design, in the packs of the price table, from 10 pieces. All of them come with resin. The price per keychain depends on the pack and on what you choose (your logo, your business name or the Giode3D logo), and you see it before you pay. Over 1,000 keychains, full-color printing and special pieces are quoted separately.

If a published price has an obvious error, we let you know before making anything and you can cancel the order for a full refund.

Sample keychain

You can order a sample keychain with your design before a large order. We make it and ship it like any other order. When you pay for it, we email you a code for what you paid for the sample, to take off an order of 25 keychains or more within the next 60 days. The code can be used once and can't be exchanged for cash.

Your logo and your name

By uploading a logo or typing a name you confirm you have the right to use them. We keep your logo private, only for your orders: that way you can reorder the same design. If an order isn't paid, we delete its logo after 30 days. We may decline an order with trademarks that don't belong to you or with offensive content; in that case we refund your money.

What may vary

Each piece is 3D printed: there may be small variations in finish and color compared to what you see on screen. The size you see in the 3D designer is the size we make.

Keychain links

By default, each chip opens a Giode link (go.giode3d.com/…) that you can change later from your portal, at no cost. If you ask for a direct link, we write it as is: it can't be changed and has no stats. Employee digital cards are governed by the card service terms.

Liability and governing law

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost sales. If something goes wrong, email us first at support@giode3d.com: we'll work out a solution with you. The laws of the State of Texas, United States, apply.

Changes

If we change these terms, we publish the new version here with its date. Each order is governed by the terms in effect on the day it was paid.
