Shipping

Effective October 27, 2026.

Where we ship

For now, only within the United States. Shipping is free.

How long production takes

• Keychains with your design: we make them after payment, depending on the quantity: 10 to 100 keychains, 5 to 7 business days; 200 to 300 keychains, 7 to 10 business days; 500 to 1,000 keychains, 10 to 15 business days. If your order has several designs, the time is that of all its keychains added together. A sample keychain takes the time of the smallest pack.

You see your order's production time at checkout, and we repeat it in the confirmation email. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Need it sooner? Ask for a quote before you pay.

When the package ships

We email you the tracking number. Transit time depends on the carrier, the destination and the weather.
