Keychains with your design

You pay when you order. What you see in the 3D designer (size, shape, colors, finish and back) is what we make: there is no proof to approve.

• Before your order goes into production, you can cancel it by writing to support@giode3d.com and we refund 100% of what you paid.
• Once in production, since each piece is made with your design, refunds or replacements only apply to manufacturing defects, such as a chip that doesn't open its link.

A sample keychain follows the same rules. The code a sample gives you is used as the terms of sale say: it isn't refundable and can't be exchanged for cash.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered

Email us at support@giode3d.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and the packaging and a description of the problem. We review each case and, as appropriate, repair, replace or refund partially or in full.

What isn't covered

Normal wear, knocks, drops, extreme heat or misuse after delivery. There may be small color differences between the screen and the printed piece.

Digital cards

The card subscription is governed by its service terms: you can cancel anytime and it takes effect at the end of the paid period.

How the money is returned

To the same payment method, through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
